Why we are on a mission to change the industry.

After leaving high school early to start university, Elizabeth started cleaning. At first, after long 40 hour weeks, she loved seeing the money. As a 17 year old she was naively proud, until she searched the award and saw she was being underpaid.

She quickly saw both sides of it: the reward of making a real difference in injured veterans' lives, and the reality of an industry that routinely lets its people and clients down.

After being sent alone into an unsafe situation without support, Elizabeth made a promise: she would never put someone in that position for the sake of a pay cheque.

I founded Care for a Clean to do things differently. To build a company where staff are trained, supported, and safe; so they can deliver consistent, high-quality care to every client.
